Meditation and Mindfulness Sessions
Meditation and mindfulness sessions are held on a one to one basis, or in pairs.
(I will also be hosting a mediation group soon for up to 6 people).
Calm the mind, relax and breathe. Release stress and anxiety. Learn how to become more aware of your breathing and have a better understand your thoughts and feelings. These sessions can help you to manage negative emotions or behaviours with more patience and positivity.
Includes mindfulness, breath awareness, concentration and guided visualisation types of meditations.
